 Titus County Shelter Friends (TCSF) supports the Mount Pleasant Animal Shelter.  TCSF is a private organization dedicated to improving the welfare of animals in Mount Pleasant and Titus County, Texas.

Their Mission:

*Improve facility conditions at the Mount Pleasant Animal Shelter
 *Promote adoptions through all means of media
 *Educate the public on the necessity of spaying/neutering pets

 The group has regular meetings and is always looking for those who want to volunteer their time.
